Pity I didn’t read reviews of this place before we visited it. Could not find restaurant with sea food after 10 pm as many of them close at 11. Then we came to this place where we were 4 years back and got good memories. This time it was totally different((
Girl who is waiter was speaking so quickly trying to get us indoor as soon as possible and make us order as soon before we understand what is going on)
Me and my husband ordered same dish as guy who left review with picture here 9 months ago- WHOLE FISH, rice and salad. So they brought just HALF of fish, 3 spoons of rice and salad with 2 pieces of tomatoes. We paid 40$ included tips for 2 dishes (250 pesos each), margarita 150 pesos and small coca-cola.
They all tried to be nice but of course we knew prices rip off.
Well I don’t wish success to this place. You show bad picture of generous Mexican hospitality which includes decent portions of food in restaurants.
You can compare : just yesterday we paid same price 40 $ for unlimited buffet in our hotel (sea food soup, various meat, Mexican food, drinks, fruit cocktails, fruits, deserts and many other tasty things including 2 beers). Decent price, good quality and portions as big...
Read moreI will start off by saying Santos and the other gentleman (I forgot his name) were very nice and friendly. They had to be both the waiter and the person out in front of the restaurant trying to get people to come in and have a meal. With that being said, they were kind of back and forth, running in and out and not as attentive as they should've/could've been, but they tried. As far as the food, the chicken soup was delicious. In addition to the chicken, it had diced onions, tomatoes and green peppers in it. The entree was OK at best. It didn't seem too authentic to me. They also don't give you a good size portion for the price in my opinion. If I didn't have the soup before my entree, I probably would've still been hungry. I was really hoping for some food I could brag about because the guys were so nice, but they fell short. Just on a side note, they also add the tip in...
Read moreYou know the place is bad when the regular non-alcoholic drinks taste awful. My husband and I were looking for a place to eat and there was one of the young waiters outside who told us to come in to look at the menu. we went in and decided to eat there. He ordered a pineapple drink and I ordered a Jamaica drink. My husband alerted me that behind the counter they didn't have Jamaica they opened up a powdered packet of it to mix it into a glass of water. when we got our drinks it tasted awful and pre packaged.and the pineapple drink my husband had also was just basically water and a blended pineapple. as we were sitting waiting for our order I opened up Google and started looking at the reviews and was shocked to see so many bad reviews. We ended up just paying for our drinks and getting out of there as quick as we could. Overall poor quality drinks...
