LOS DE PESCADO AV. LABNA — Restaurant in Cancún

Before starting I have to say that my partner and I try to travel on a budget and try to find hidden gems.

This was close to our airbnb and decided to try it. If you're in the hotel zone, it can be reachable via the R2 bus and a short walk.

This place is a small place that can seat maybe 20 people. Everything was made to order. Like any tacoeria they have a station that you can add salsa and other toppings.

We ordered taco de pescado and burrito de camaron.

Taco de pescado came as two friend fishes on top of two tacos. We divided it into two. This dish was good, however did feel that another close by taco place was much affordable for similar quality.

Burrito de camaron also came as two pieces which we divided. It was also good but nothing spectacular.

Cancún’s version pf fast food seafood! Nailed it! Its an open air small restaurant on a busy corner just behind walmart. Plastic chairs & tables but cold beer and fresh and hot food. Burritos and Quesadillas are my favorite here. It has a simple menu, with few options but what they do, they do well. It’s usually busy with local lunch hour business workers. That random place u just pass by might really be very good🤣. They make your orders just when you order them so it isnt an eat and go kind of place. We had the Tostada de Atun, Tacos Pescado y Tacos Camaron, Burritos Camaron. They were worth the wait, which wasnt really that long. This location only has a handful of tables, so you are sure of social distancing. Place is also pretty clean. Give it a try!...
