Mochomos Cancún — Restaurant in Cancún

My family and I really liked this restaurant, not only great food but great environment and great service!

On food and drink: We ordered a few sharing plates and appetizers as we wanted to try a bit of everything. We had the barbacoa tacos, the marlin and octopus tacos, 2 orders of Queso Fundido (yes 2), some ribeye chicharrón, guacamole and fish tacos (tacos was the theme tonight). We ate everything!

My wife ordered a Paloma Negra Margarita, my daughter a mock-tail my boy a limonada and I had a Red Eye with a Negra Modelo.

To finish off we ordered a banana cheesecake to share and a couple of carajillos.

What can I say, great food and with the same quality and flavour as I remember from time I visited this restaurant over 10 years ago.

The look and feel of the place: I got a tell you, the place is awesome, it’s the best looking Mochomos in all of Mexico!

You have a great dinner setting alongside the marina in one of the trendiest places in Cancun (La Isla - fashion harbour).

Service: the best thing to say about this restaurant is that their service is warm and personal. Capitán Carlos showed us to our table that was looking over the Marina, then Fer (head waiter for our table) and Manuel (Assistant waiter), really took care of us.

My Son is in the Autistic Spectrum and sometimes has dificultes dealing with people in restaurants, I’m telling you these guys made him feel at ease!😎!

Definitely coming back to this place next time I visit with the family or have to be in town for...

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat close to our resort and decided to give Mochomos CANCÚN a try. We have NO REGRETS! This was the best experience eating it that we’ve experienced. When we arrived, they sat us at a table with a nice view of the sunset. Next, we ordered a couple of drinks with appetizers, highly recommended the calamari and salmon tostada.

After appetizers, my husband ordered tacos and I ordered the a fish entree (can’t remember the name but it had a delicious sauce, creamy rice with spinach and cherry tomatoes. The food was delicious! We ordered the chocolate cake surrounded by a chocolate dome and melted own with a white chocolate/liquor sauce. I was full but finished that cake. Everything we ordered was good quality and fresh. They did not disappoint with the food.

Lastly, I want to shout out the servers who not only treated us like first-class guests but also did their job with grace and excellence. They were patient, kind, and very versed with the menu. Isaac, Breton, Karen, and Gerardo were amazing, and we were truly blessed to have them as our servers. They gave us the most memorable and amazing restaurant experience we’ve ever had. They continuously checked on us to ensure everything was going well and kept us smiling throughout the evening. We look forward to returning to CANCÚN and eating at Mochomos Cancun again. Mochomos Cancún – Absolutely Outstanding! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Scott and I only planned to stroll through the beautiful shopping mall 🛍️ and grab a quick bite, but we happened to discover Mochomos Cancún—and it completely transformed our evening. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with elegance, warmth, and the most beautiful view of the Nichupté Lagoon at sunset 🌅. It felt special right away.

Our meal was unforgettable. From the first appetizer 🥗 to the thoughtful wine recommendation 🍷, to the cocktails crafted with care 🍸, everything was perfect. The dessert we shared 🍰 was the sweetest ending to a dinner that was already over the top. Every dish had incredible flavor and presentation—this is truly cuisine done at the highest level. 👌✨

What stood out just as much as the food was the service. Hectoe, Antonio, and Pilar were absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and professional, while also making us feel relaxed and welcome 🤗. Their hospitality turned what we thought would be a quick meal into one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had together ❤️.
