Rewritten review: I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves tacos. The overall experience was fantastic, thanks in large part to our exceptional waitress, Lorena. She went above and beyond to make sure that our dining experience was top-notch.

From the moment we arrived, Lorena greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. She promptly seated us and took the time to explain the menu, making helpful suggestions based on our preferences. Lorena's knowledge and enthusiasm for the food were evident, and she made us feel confident in our choices.

Throughout our meal, Lorena was attentive and efficient. She ensured that our drinks were always filled, and she regularly checked in to see if we needed anything else. She had a great balance of being present and attentive without being intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our meal and conversation without feeling rushed.

me and my gf went here around 2pm in the day and it was absolutely amazing, the best tacos i’ve ever had in my entire life, i’m a very picky eater and i’ve been having a lot of trouble finding food i can eat here in cancun however this spot was top tier, i asked for the beef steak tacos plain with just meat and tortilla, that’s exactly what i was served and it was great.. the only complaint i would have would be as we were seated inside the restaurant a lady approached us pressuring us to buy keychains and bracelets she was selling, we bought 3 keychains for 20usd the first time she came to us.. she then came back a second time asking us to buy more, i understand the economy here is not great and we’re tourists and they think we’re rich but we’re really not, this is to be expected everywhere tho and is not exclusive to tacos rigo, everywhere we have been in cancun we have been pressured to buy stuff or even the common scam of “ take a photo with me “ and then they press you to...

Hard to find a place like this in Cancún where everything is for gringos. This is authentic. The food is delicious. The ambience is great. Not that cheap but rather reasonably priced for the insane prices in Cancún. If you think got “scammed” for being a gringo you got what you deserve for ruining Cancún for everyone else. Bring pesos and a smile and take in the culture instead of wanting it to be a cheap version of Taco Bell. They don’t scam anyone here. The people complaining that tip is included in the bill, yes it is, and this is not an uncommon practice in the restaurant business. The included tip is 10% in MXN which is extremely reasonable.
