We indulged in a culinary journey that began with a beautifully presented bruschetta, which was a harmonious blend of ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and a hint of garlic atop crispy, toasted bread. The pasta, our main course, was nothing short of perfection—al dente noodles enveloped in a rich, flavorful sauce that was both comforting and sophisticated. The crowning glory of our meal was the revoni, a sweet note to end on, with its moist, lemon-infused cake tantalizing our taste buds. As with the other restaurants in the Solaris Resort: It is a nice variation so you don‘t eat the buffet all the time at night The only good dish was the octopus, rest was mediocre / nothing special A true italian would get an heart attack, but that‘s not what this restaurant is aiming for Service very friendly as in all the Solaris Restaurants and the whole Resort Keep in mind you have to make a reservation in the app beforehand

Best restaurant in the Solaris resort! Calamari alla griglia, Envoltini tatani, Crema di Melanzani, Zuppa di pesca alla Toscana, Fettuccine Carbonara, Melanzana alla Parmigiana, Lasagna Bolognesa, Pannacotta con mango, and Cannolli Relleno were delicious! However, there were some things I dislike such as the bread was cold, balsamic vinegar was very sour, and Tempranillo red wine was very dry.
