SeaSide Grill - Restaurante Hotel Solymar — Restaurant in Cancún

We stayed in the Villas that Jose Luis owns (4 of them - Airbnb) while in Cancun recently. We ate lunch and dinner there until we could get to grocery store. Bottom bar located off the beach. Let me tell you, the bartenders and food were A+++. We became friends with Ricardo (aka Rico Suave) and Nini ( aka Nino Brown). These guys were the friendliest people imaginable and made sure there customers were completely satisfied as well as never empty handed, lol. The food was fresh and amazing. From the moment we got there the servers did not acknowledge nor greet us or let us know how things worked. We asked if we could sit anywhere they said yes. After what seemed like 5 minutes we finally got up to ask and order food. The girl taking the order was super rude. We ordered chicken nuggets. And honestly frozen chicken nuggets back in the USA taste 100 times better than whatever those were. The table next to us kept feeding the birds so the whole area we were eating was filled with birds fighting over the food the guy was throwing them. They were never told not to feed the birds. Terrible experience. First of all the food took 40 min to arrive, we ordered tacos. When we ordered we specifically asked to get the food without cilantro, but when it came it had cilantro in the sauce. We asked to get it changed but they just scraped it off and gave it back to us. So then we hade soft tortilla with just the meat in, and a tiny bit of guacamole. No sauce and no veggies. We asked if we could atleast get some more guacamole but they said no.
