My son and I had a blast at Los Gallos. The atmosphere is great and Mariachis made the night. I had al Pastor and he ate a total of 12 tacos 🌮 that night. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only reason why food isn’t 5 is because desserts weren’t great. Your best bet is to set a Daily alarm in order to make dinner reservations at each of the restaurants in the resort. I personally didn’t have an issue and tried them all.

Trying to get a reservation in a hotel you spend over 4k at should not be so hard when it is all inclusive. We had to speak to a manager to get reservation. The phone number they give you to call to make the reservations no one answers. The save the spots for time share members. Half the restaurants are empty and no wonder with the taste of food. The staff told us since covid-19 they had down graded all the ingredients, that it use to be good and they got compliments and they dont any more. Plus the staff are paid $10 a day. The resort is pocketing all the money and putting nothing back into the place. The food has no flavor, made with fake cheese not real milk, my kids school lunches in California taste better. The buffet is way worse! Pictures look good but taste so plain.

El mejor restaurante de Crown Paradise 1000% recomendado!!!! Todo riquísimo en verdad, las enchiladas 11/10 , los tacos súper buenos! La pechuga poblana exquisita, nos encantó! El servicio por parte de los meseros excelente, nos tocó mariachi, muy recomendado este restaurante, no se van a arrepentir 👏🏽
