Bogavante — Restaurant in undefined

This review is mainly for Restaurant Bogavante at GR Caribe (by Solaris) hotel. Restaurant Bogavante's food and service was simply the best I have experienced in a full/4 course meal restaurant in my life. Bernardo, our server, treated us like royals, and surprised us with best drinks and deserts. Chef at this restaurant is simply the best. Tuscany soup, seafood cake (appetizer), main course Salmon and special order Steak (was not on the menu that day) just delicious. Of our 7-day all inclusive stay at GR Caribe, we ate dinner 3 time at Bogavante (3rd, 5th & last/7th nights of our stay). 1st (arrival) night at Solaris's main buffet, then 2nd night at Venato (and did not go back there), 4th and 6th night at Marco Polo (also very good, will write separate review for Marco Polo). So this gives order of our likess to all the restaurants at these 2 hotels (GR Caribe and Royal Solaris Cancun) has to offer. If you go to Cancun, and stay at GR Caribe (by Solaris) or at next door (parent) hotel 'Royal Solaris' you must try this restaurant. Of our 7-day (Sungwing) all-inclusive vacation package (we stayed at GR Caribe), we ate 3 dinner at this restaurant. My rating: Bogavante #1 (12/10) Marco Polo #2 (10/10) Venato #5 (7/10): food was not the best, but service was on the bad side (for my expedience).

Bogavante's location is just beside the ocean (20-30 feet away, actually over the beach), and you here the wave & feel the breeze - you cannot experience this ever anywhere else. Our last night's server Neftualy (sorry if I misspelled your name), he was great too. Finally what to thank Bogavante's hostess, she was very nice, welcoming with beautiful smile we will never forget (sorry I don't remember your name) and captain Darwin, he has made Bogavante the Best restaurant in Cancun. They all as team really know how to take care of guests. Thank you. Will come back to Cancun just...

We had a wonderful time dining at Bogavante! We had the pleasure of having Israel Zapata as our waiter and he was amazing! It was my husband’s birthday and him, alongside the manager, Darwin, and head chef provided us with a personal experience and meal that was delicious! They made sure that all of our needs were met, and the service was excellent. This restaurant was one of the best ones at the resort with beautiful views of the water and the beach. The seafood was fresh and tasty, especially the salmon and the shrimp dishes. We highly recommend this restaurant and would love to come back the next time that...

This restaurant is for hotel guests only. Must booked reservation a day in advance. Food here is pretty average. Smoked salmon salad - smoked salmon overpowered the rest of the salad.
