I booked a package deal with this night club. So I did the day party and I also did the night club tour with them. I spent a lot of money when I booked the tour myself and a friend. The clubs were fun and so was the day pary but the way these people demand a tip and are in your face about it is disgusting to me. The night wasn’t even over we were literally on the dance floor and they stopped us and were like we serviced you it’s time to tip and to be honest the only thing that they did was give the drinks which we basically paid for when we purchased our package. The vip had NO space to stand or sit. They over book the tour! The day party was nice but the waiter did not check on us as often as I expected I had to find him myself and ask for drinks but when he wanted his tip he made sure he was right there. With no receipt because like I said we Pre-ordered our day beds so everything is like a credit if you go over you pay the difference if you don’t the club keeps the rest of your money. On top of that if the waiter does a bad job or not you still have to tip and I believe in tipping when the person has done there job. Not when you have to constantly chase them for service. Overall it is set up nice but they need to disclose the tip information at payment on the website because you spend so much money when booking the package they should say it’s required to tip because that’s basically what they said when we got there. I just wish they were not so pushy about it because you don’t know what kind of waiter your going to get so either way you have to tip and I don’t agree and if that is a policy they should disclose that In purchase so people can make the discussion ahead of time if they want to take a chance on if they may get bad...
Read moreUmbrellas are not safe, the brown/tan ones do not block UV rays, daughter was very burned after this area! Proof: we bought ankle bracelet from vender while there, that was the only white spot left on her, and we were under this dangerous "umbrella" the whole time! They need to replace them! Will cause skin cancers and sun poisoning! David Romera and Jenny helped book this day pass, at a stand down the road. took 40$ as down payment and lied, and basically the Club would not talk to him to confirm, even when I called his number he gave me...and the club only argues with me, while Jenny/David lied and apparently wrote down $20 as paid (when we paid 40$). I unfortunately assumed honesty in Cancun bookings. BIG mistake. They told us something about a "tax",..at the club via phone to ask about his, I called & David said he would give me $10 back (Ok, 10$ better than nothing I reasoned), to go to his stand after and he would be there "until 10pm" when we were done at the Club area. ( Needless to say, he was not there later. Would not pick up phone after that either. Other workers said he was off and not working ) So...We stayed at this VERY NOISY LOUD Club music spot (midday 1-430, no relaxing beach sound only very loud party music) went back and he was no where to be found. So basically...they ripped us off $40. It was supposed to be $40 per person. Basically ended up paying $110. No accountability, and everyone lies as usual in Cancun. David Bragged about making $2000 per week. They make their money by stealing. I would never go back to this club for these reasons, but the food was VERY excellent I have to say. That was the positive. But this area is definitely stuck in the 80's party mode. If that is what you...

I’ve been to some disappointing events, but Mandala Beach Club takes the crown for the worst experience ever. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this was a cash-grab scam with zero respect for attendees.
False Advertising & Ticket Scam The ticket seller promised an "exclusive beach party" with premium drinks and an amazing atmosphere. Instead, we got: Watered-down, overpriced garbage drinks that tasted like dish soap. A dead, empty venue with more staff than actual guests. Zero VIP treatment, despite paying extra.
Prison-Like Security & Awful Staff There were more security guards than partygoers—literally 10 staff members for every guest. They treated everyone like criminals, hovering around, killing any chance of fun. The crew was rude, unprofessional, and acted like they hated being there.
No Vibe, No Music, No Fun The "DJ" played the same tired playlist on loop, the crowd was nonexistent, and the whole place felt like a failed corporate event. Zero energy, zero excitement—just a complete waste of time and money.
Final Verdict: SCAM ALERT! This event was a fraud from start to finish. Save your money and dignity—Mandala Beach Club is a joke. 0/10, would rather stay home.
