El Caldero — Restaurant in Chiapas

I’ve been coming here for years. At least 3 times a week. I have always had wonderful service and food. The ambience is modern, but very comfortable. And the open-kitchen concept instills a sense of transparency that is very comforting in Mexico, as it is anywhere else. The service is always very attentive. Warm and professional. And the food always hits the right spots. Delicious fresh vegetables and juicy meats are perfectly cooked. Caldo is a mystery to me. Thank god, they know the secret because I have no idea. I don’t know why it’s taken so long for me to review…probably because I’m in a warm trance when I finish…and it lingers for hours after…do yourself a favor and go…the generous portions and delicious sides make it worth every second…(they serve this black bean dip with the chips that is...

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en El Caldero de El Cerrillo. El restaurante ofrece un servicio muy atento y el lugar en sí es realmente bonito. Desde el momento en que entré, me sentí acogido por el personal amable y profesional.

Un detalle que me encantó es que el restaurante cuenta con conectores para cargar el celular. Esto fue muy conveniente, ya que pude disfrutar de mi comida sin preocuparme por la batería de mi teléfono.

El menú es impresionante, con una variedad de opciones deliciosas. Probé el Pozole Tradicional y quedé impresionado por su sabor auténtico y los ingredientes frescos. La presentación de los platillos es impecable, y las guarniciones complementan perfectamente cada caldo.

Además de los caldos, también probé la Quesadilla de Flor de Calabaza, que estaba llena de sabor y textura. Las opciones vegetarianas son abundantes y satisfactorias.

El Caldero de El Cerrillo es definitivamente un lugar para disfrutar de una comida reconfortante y auténtica. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar este restaurante si estás en la zona.
