Wow! What an incredible place with an incredible crew! Tim and Javi have truly built a gem here and their care for their people and even the trees that were thoughtfully built into the architecture is touching. Jaden, the extremely talented singer, was glorious and infinitely talented! I recommend you attend their “Jazz Brunch on Sundays” to hear the power of his locals! Antonio (who served as an ever attentive and kind usher for this magical place) was brilliant and insightful. Evan, the “Cocktail” inspired artist and bartender knows how to inspire - even from behind the bar! And Tim… is one of the kindest and lovable humans I have met in recent years. This is fine dining quality food in a very abundant and natural setting. I LOVE this place! I was literally shocked when I put the food in my mouth, as it was clear that the chef had French culinary training.

The service is so kind and the gazebo-type interior is not pretentious but natural and calming. There is a tree with real berries and flowers blooming right now, and a honeybee taking its pollen. Also, a hummingbird came in to take some nectar.

The chairs have hummingbirds welded into their design. This is a very feminine and beautiful place that is almost like therapy.

Due to an autoimmune condition my diet is very limited and so we rarely go out for dinner. We were happy find to El Colibri with its superb ratings and a dish that would work for me. When we arrived we heard the dish was a from a special menu and not available anymore. With disappointment we began looking for an alternative place to eat… until the incredibly kind staff told us they could make it anyway. And it truly came across it was their pleasure to do so. We felt very taken care. 10/10...
