Chimichurri Diaz — Restaurant in Chiapas

I want to give this restaurant zero stars. Warm beer, cold steak, deaf waiters My steak took over an hour to prepare and when it finally arrived it was served undercooked, cold and on a cold metal sizzle platter. It probably sat on the kitchen counter for a long time before it was brought to my table. I asked for medium (medio) my steak was raw in the center and not fit for human consumption. By that I mean I was not able to chew it. Why serve steak on a metal plate designed for hot food ice cold? The fried ptatoes looked like the cheap frozen sticks from McDonalds and also arrived cold! I would not feed this food to my dog. I asked to see the manager, there was none. The waiter took one of the 2 beers I drank off the bill, but that did not make my dinner...

Best chicken in all of san cris hands down. If you order the guacamole though, they give you the smallest portion, you can literally eat it with 4 totopes. Its kind of ridiculous. Their fries are always too oily, stale and not at all tasty. Expert cooking tip: the oil needs to be much hotter (use a thermometer and research the right temperature) for fries to cook and turn out to be crispy instead of soggy and oily. Back to their chicken, which is what keeps bringing me back! My daughter is a carnivore and I will eat a little poultry like once a month if that. Pésimo servicio El día de hoy decidí asistir al restaurante, cabe recalcar que ya había ido muchas veces con anterioridad y el servicio y comida me parecían excelentes por lo que recomendé muchas veces este sitio y por esta ocasión decidí ir a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi mamá ahí. Sin embargo, pésima experiencia me lleve cuando desde el principio una mesera nos atendió y lo hacía con pesar, no tuvo jamás el trato que meseros en específico hombres nos habían ofrecido muy amables como siempre y en esta ocasión fue todo lo contrario. Cuando tocabamos la campana para requerir de algo tardaba mucho tiempo y cabe recalcar que éramos las únicas personas en el lugar (adjunto foto), para eso pedimos tortillas y una salsa que se había terminado, dentro de unos 10 minutos aproximadamente llevaron solamente la salsa y esperamos las tortillas mientras nuestra comida (parrillada) se estaba enfriando por lo que decidimos terminar de comer. Cuando terminamos decidimos pedir la cuenta y hasta ese momento se dignó a llevar las tortillas y cuando le hice la observación me respondió de forma sarcástica un "jaja disculpa". Cuando recibimos la cuenta pagamos y cuando nos da el cambio uno de los billetes estaba roto, ya para eso se nos hizo una falta de respeto enorme porque obviamente se fijó de eso, le volvimos a decir y no se disculpó y de mala gana se llevó el billete para volver a cambiarlo, jamás nos dijo ni siquiera un "disculpen" o "vuelvan pronto".
