PALACE SCLC HOTEL & BREWERY — Hotel in Chiapas

We recently had an extended stay at the Palace Hotel, and our experience had its highs and lows. The Internet service was somewhat limited, mainly confined to the lobby. Additionally, we found a scarcity of power plugs both in the room and lobby. However, the standout feature was the exceptional customer service. The staff, particularly a young lady named Zuly who was available in the mornings, went above and beyond. Zuly's warmth and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. It's a hotel with a lot of pine wood. Rooms with lot of space. Very good hot shower! Good place in the city centre. In the lobby you can hear '80 music (and at the same time otter music from restaurant and bar and a tv.....to much). And there beer is expencive...50 peso's)|No English spoken. They say that they have all kinds of breakfast (American, continantal), but no. You just get a tiny breakfast. Have breakfast in town.||But bring earplugs and use two in each ear. It is very noisy. We think there are beter...
