I'm absolutely disappointed tonight because they refused 15 peso off for without banana chips for the sandwich which I surprised because we came here numbers of like twice during open business then came back during night again since 2 days even I usually gave good tips for them until now because they told me would be 15 peso off for without it when we came here first time before and same route until now. So we still paid full sandwich without banana chips. So my family felt disgusted and will come back here again ever. Please don't message me here. Ordered a frappe with cappuccino flavour and heard her repeat cappuccino so I corrected her three times whilst ordering and explained to her that I wanted the cold drink, thinking that i was really clear. When they came out with the order I still got a hot normal cappuccino so took it back and to get my order right. The woman who had taken my order refused to listen or hear me out nor fix my order. Went back shocked of the horrible service and the rude response.
