Baja Burgers — Restaurant in Ensenada

Two of us ordered burgers, fries, corn dog and alitas. The burgers are most impressive with quality tasting beef, not overcooked. I requested no bun or onions and received the burger on point, enveloped with large, fresh, crispy, crunchy lettuce leaves. Absolute perfection, and glad we ordered two burgers. The fries are okay, nothing special. The corn dog serves with a golden brown crust tasty and steaming hot like just out of a deep fryer. The alitas would have been better fried a few more minutes, served with ranch, sirachi mayo, or blue cheese dressing, carrot and/or celery match sticks, with a side of Frank's Red Hot or Crystal Hot Sauce.

This is a burger joint not a wing stop. 5 stars are for their delicious burgers, great service, welcoming, enthusiastic and pitbull friendly Staff, and being open late (after 10pm).

We were not planning on going here for dinner. I like burgers, but my partner doesn’t. We just wanted to get something quick and close. She got the pineapple chicken burger and I got the Cowgirl. Both San came with fries. My burger was done perfectly. A really nice char with a little church. She wanted to try mine and loved it. She wants go back again to get her own. Over an hour wait for one hamburger and one hotdog. No way will never come back. The service is horrible. So after you wait an hour they still give you the wrong order. Then you have to wait another 30 minutes for your order. No one here including the owner and staff know what the hell they're doing. Bunch of folks running around like chickens with no head. Ridiculous. Please if you can read this, please avoid this dump. Good for nothing. Burger King and McDonald's is a way better option than this dump or any other place.
