Good Birria de Res. Would eat here Again! Birria was soft and good flavor but a bit light on it. Could use some Consume to dip the Birria for Maximum Flavor that is my Suggestion!!! The Quesabirria is worth it and get it "Dorado" (crispy). The cheese is Monterey Jack and pairs well with the Birria. I've had better in Tijuana but these guys were Good and Nice! They also ran our drink to us because we left without it. Very Cool of Them!!!

Super authentic and delicious quesabirria tacos. We've been to Puerto Vallarta, Cabo, Cancun, and Playa del Carmen and these were the best we've ever had! The consume was also very hearty and perfectly flavored, not too salty.
