From 4/18 visit... Best hamburger in all of Guanajuato state. Each visit, we tried different style hamburgers. Absolutely amazing. The staff is excellent, too. Very service oriented. Thank you. CARLS JR! Wide variety of drinks, tea or juices. Manager himself brought our food to our table. The last visit we all had the Philly cheese steak burger, which is unrivaled by any hamburger anywhere. Yesterday we did the Double Western Burger. It's also exceptional. We will try both burgers again in the future. The bathrooms are spotless, sparking clean. The restaurant itself is very clean. One employee was dedicating her time to mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms.

He quedado sorprendido por la buena atención al cliente que tiene el personal . Generalmente en los lugares de comida rápida la atención siempre es mala, pero aquí todos atienden bien y además van a ofrecerte aderezos extra hasta tu mesa, lo cuál es algo que en el Carls de mi ciudad no pasa . La comida es garantía siempre de sabor y calidad y la ambientación y locales de los Carls siempre me han gustado, pero este es especial por su forma curva y por estar al lado de las ranas, además la atmósfera de la magnífica capital del estado da puntos extra que ningún otro lugar tiene . Me encanta .

Tienen un excelente servicio al cliente. La comida cómo en los demás lugares está bien preparada y buen sabor. El lugar está en buenas condiciones, lo mantienen muy limpio (a excepción de que se les paso poner rollo en el baño de las mujeres). Vuelvo a recalcar el servicio al cliente, ojalá todos los Carls tuvieran su servicio al cliente. Felicidades al gerente y a los ayudantes generales por tenerlo así.

We came back a second time and got the Angus burgers. This is the best Carles Jr location we've been to through the world! Amazing professional and friendly service and the food is hot and fresh. Perfect tomatoes, lettuce and onions on the hot burgers. Fantastic job to the employees here!!!!

I ordered my burger with minus stuff on it and it came wrong. I wanted a shake they didn’t have it , I wanted a pie and they didn’t have it . My burger came and it was not even hot.
