We visited with our family twice in the last few days. First night it took three attempts before the server said the order I wanted was available. Then he forgot half the dessert order from our group. He didn’t apologize and just walked away frustrated.
We came back tonight only because there were a few options for the kids. Same server. Multiple tables got food before us including those who sat way after us. After over an hour the nachos and kids food arrived. He said there was a problem in the kitchen. We ordered more drinks waiting for the rest of the food. We asked for the bill right away so we could take the kids to bed and when he brought it, our last round of drinks wasn’t on it, we thought they covered it to make up for the very long wait.
We asked for the bill back and thought maybe he was covering the bill? Since it took 15 minutes to bring it back, only to discover that he added the drinks!!! We were not impressed. Will not be returning. Too bad, because other than them not having everything on the menu, food...
