Five stars hands down! The food was delicious. If asked in advance, they go way beyond their menu. For example, we asked them to prepare caldo de pescados (fish stew) Mexican style for the next dinner, and when we tasted, it was simply amazing. We also ordered the local shrimp in traditional mole sauce. They rolled out a cart with a small burner, and prepared it in front of our table while explaining us all the steps for preparing the dish.
