This would be a 5 out of 5 if the waiter did not forget about us, no it was not just one time, but 3 times. I liked the Pozole so much that I ate there once a day, but the service... And you know what, it was my luck that I had the same server 2 times 😭 Saturday and Thursday they have green Pozole, please order that, it was so goood. Tacos Tincho was the second best thing they had, the rest of the menu was just ok. I even asked other people sitting around if they would recommend what they just ate and they said it was just ok. But their Pozole and the talks Tincho are very good. While you are there of anywhere in Taxco make sure you get a Yoli, this is the only place you can get this soda here and it is super delicious.

This place was great! Its has an excellent location right un the center square. The pozole was amazing. The ingredients tasted so fresh. We ordered the pozole verde and the enchiladas con frijoles. Both were excellent. There fresh avocado and cicharron with lime were a perfect garnish. There crema was very fresh they also brought out pickled jalapeños. The chopped onions, cilantro, and gren salas were awesome. We tried the Joli lemonade soda which was very good. If you get a chance to try the Joli products I recommend them. There is a great story behind them and ant of the locals will share the story. The fresh guacamole with tostadas were a perfect starter. The place was busy but not full. I definitely recommend that you stop in for a bite...

Pésima experiencia y pongo mi opinión ya que el gerente sarcásticamente cuando le hice ver todo lo mal del servicio me dijo literal : "será un comentario entre miles" cosa que tal vez es cierta por la fama que tiene pero SOLO ES ESO, pedí un pozole blanco ya que cuando llegamos no había ya del tan clásico verde y no quería perderme la según grata y mejor experiencia de pozole , la verdad casa toño de CDMX mil veces mejor ahí solo comenzó mi mala experiencia al casi final que había comido mi pozole me encontré con un cabello , qué asco! Obvio no mio ya que soy de cabello chino y largo. Le dije al mesero y ni una disculpa , sólo cimentó: " pues ya se lo acabo casi" ... obvio!! Pues no andaba buscando pelos , verdad ?? Luego para unas chalupas que pedí, pedí salsa y jamas me la trajeron ,los meseros nada atentos viendo el fútbol, cero atención a sus comensales ,perdimos dos veces un agua embotellada y refresco porque no lo traían y al final nos lo querian cobrar dos veces , cuando sólo lo habían llevado 1 vez , pero por su distracción lo cobraron doble. Obvio me dí cuenta. No acabó ahí si no cuando paso al baño , horriblemente asqueroso todos los baños , botas desbordandose de papel, sin agua, oliendo horrible, sin jabón, y todos iguales, ni a cuál meterse. La verdad siento que es otra fama ya que el pozole, ni las chalupas son ricas. Cuando le comenté todo esto al gerente fue super grosero y jamas trató de enmendar todos los errores siendo que le había tomado foto a todo, no lo recomiendo para nada! Y pésimo servicio....
