Coffee is great. The owner has 19 diplomas on the wall (yes, I counted). It appears that he is an experienced judge at coffee competitions. Well, judges are very competent in coffee, they don’t invite some random ppl to be judges, so no wonder the coffee is great.

To the food. I love that the texture of a sandwich feels seamlessly “cohesive” — as you take a bite, there’s no sense of piercing through some layers effortlessly while struggling with others (and then the whole sandwich falls apart and it’s a mess… ugrh). Well, NOT in this case, here, each component “yields” equally. I mean, it’s a simple thing, but sadly you won’t find it everywhere. I have been to over 25 coffee shops artesanal here in Guadalajara. This coffee is the best so far. The staff here are truly experts in the entire process and will gladly share their knowledge. They are trained, certified and know what they are doing. If you love coffee you should 100 % come to this shop.

Mucha variedad de diferentes regiones cafeteras de México hacen que haya bastantes opciones de lo que puedes llevar a tu casa. En esta ocasión pedí un método, aero press, primera vez que pido esto y me sorprendió todo el proceso que conlleva. Los baristas extremadamente minuciosos para preparar todo, pesado a la perfección, por tiempo y por temperatura, toda una experiencia. El café como resultado fue una cosa deliciosa, muy discreto el tueste pero con gran sabor y acidez equilibrada.

Se siente una vibra muy agusto al llegar, tienen 1 lugar de estacionamiento, y los gandallas de los valet parking de los restaurantes alrededor hacen que la experiencia sea complicada...
