This place is bomb. Super excited that they finally have a full time location. We had been following them around to events and pop ups for a few years and love what they have grown into. The Korean tacos are bomb. I usually get one of the sandwiches served as a salad with no bread. Their wine list is great, if not a little expensive (some spectacular choices but not a lot of inexpensive choices). Do yourself a favor and check these guys out

I had their version of the Cubano and it was perfectly what I was looking for - perfect pork, great frying of the bread, and delicious additions. I highly recommend. I had it with 7 Leguas Blanco tequila, making a nice, sweet accompaniment. Definitely returning.

The pork here is bomb! I will definitely be back for the Cubano and the ribs eventually since the burrito was this good. Also, go to the bathroom and look up. I don't know about the men's, but the women's has some really cool whimsical art in it.

La comida está buena y bien presentada. El menú muy limitado, de costillas solo ofrecen la opción de 400 gr(que no me extrañaría que fueran 300 gr, no parecían 400 gr...pero confiemos en que si son 400 gr) además de costillas tienen más cosas, pero no mucha variedad. Las porciones son muy pequeñas. Al lonche de trucha deberían cambiarle el nombre por mini lonchecito de trucha, Está poquito mas grande que una de las hamburguesitas de la cervecería Chapultepec. Nada mas que acá en el Chancho, el "lonche" está a precio de mega lonche. Con todo esto no quiero decir que el lugar sea malo. Es un lugar agradable con buena atención, pero sufre del síndrome de comida gourmet—porciones pequeñas que tienen varios restaurantes de Guadalajara. Lo comparo por eso con otros lugares de costillas cercanos. En comparación con otros lugares de costillas, en cuanto a porciones y relación costo—beneficio, se queda muy abajo. En sabor y ambiente queda en buen lugar. Las sillas se ven super de moda y le dan buen toque, pero son muy incómodas(son de las que están hechas de varillas como base y con tiras de plástico entetejidas, parecidas las sillas acapulco, pero el modelo que está incómodo) Tome usted...
