I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations whatsoever. I was there for over 50 minutes without being attended to by the staff. The waiter that brought me the menu/water apparently had no interest in taking my order. Finally, after about 15 minutes, a different waiter asked if I wanted anything to drink. A third waiter brought me the drink but none of them bothered to ask me what I wanted to eat. I initially guessed that maybe it was my fault for not being more aggressive at waving the waiters down until I looked around and saw them being attentive to other tables. I tried to wave them down and make it look obvious that I was ready but the waiters were seemingly avoiding eye contact with me. Not sure what I did for them to ignore me. The last straw was when i saw that two tables that had come in 20 minutes after me had been served their food and drinks without them needing to wave down a waiter. I was finally able to wave one down and thought that I would order something small but decided in the end that it was not worth it. Much better, more attentive places to eat at...

My girlfriend comes here from time to time and wanted to introduce me to one of her favorite coffee shops in GDL. I surely was introduced. The vibe here is wonderful. Mellow and easy going. Come here if you want to have a casual date, study, or hang out with friends somewhere else that is not a bar (although they do serve alcohol here). It's extremely easy to carry a conversation here too. I had the Chai Sucio (cold) and Matcha Latte. Both were carefully crafted and absolutely divine. You can tell they were made my the hands of someone who took care in making them. As for something to munch on, my girlfriend and I shared a Mushroom Toast. The truffle oil took it to the next level. Rayos .. yo soy de los que siempre me gusta opinar cosas buenas de lugares que se merecen pero esta vez sucede lo contrario . Mala experiencia, sucedió el día de hoy 17 de junio sábado 10:15 am . Se qué hay mucha gente . Tiempo de espera razonable , la logística de pasar a “algunos “ a una pre sala de espera. No se si sea buena idea porque se saturan más de pedidos con la gente que está desayunando . Los alimentos buenos sin un wow . El café bueno y caliente . Aquí va el detalle pedimos un huevo revuelto para mi hijo de 5 años . Solamente . Salieron las bebidas de 3 adultos , nuestros desayunos , a mitad de entrados en el desayuno , comentamos que nos hacía falta un huevito revuelto .. se nos contestó de una manera amable : lo están trabajando , así pasamos por 3 meseros diferentes … y que lo seguían trabajando y que no tardaba . Después de 45 minutos de este drama sin que nadie diera la cara y se pasaran la bolita . Decidimos pagar la cuenta y aclarar esto con la gerente, solo ofreció una disculpa y que atenderá la situación . Como recomendación cuando en una comanda falta un platillo de la misma se deben de enfocar en completarla , se acepta tiempo de espera y paciencia y que se diga que tuvieron un error pero 45 minutos . Se la prolongaron enormemente . Espero mejoren en esta situación . Funcionará mejor con la logística en sistema inteligente y dejar de lado la comanda en papel .
