Simple food is good food. Found this little gem near Costco. Owner Dany was clearly proud of his food. He patiently explain the different cuts and even take the meat out from the fridge to show us it’s freshness, open the package in front of us, cut to the weight and put it on the grill. He recommended a cut which is not on the menu for 350 pesos per pound, grilled it to perfection and served it with grilled onion, jalapeño, cactus, chorizo, quesadilla, beans and tortillas. There was a chipotle sauce and avocado sauce for dipping. The meat was tender but still has the bite to it.
