Service is comparable with a high class international place, waiters are well trained to serve, prices are very accessible, there are two different size of molletes and they also have other well served dishes like omelettes. Try the pancita, chorizo, carne en su jugo or rajas molletes, GREAT COMBINATION OF TRADITIONAL BREAD & MEAT FROM GDL. You can also buy 1/2 dozen and a dozen what I found wonderful to take home for my sons. Also the coffee is one of the best in the city. La comida tiene muy buen sabor y presentación. Pero es una lastima que el trató amable al cliente no sea del todo su prioridad. Ya que el gerente de dicho restaurante carece de capacidad para atender y resolver las dudas de sus comensales. Un grupo de amigos y yo le pedimos al llegar un cambio de mesa aún mesero, el cual nos dijo que le dieramos un momento, al no ver solución y ser ignorados decidí acercarme a otro mesero el cual por no saber que hacer se dirigió al gerente enfrente de mi, el sin voltearme a ver diciendo de manera altanera "no hay cambios", Enseguida le comenté que si había mesas disponibles cuando nosotros lo requerimos. Porque en cuanto llegaron otros clientes mucho después que nosotros a ellos si les dieron la mesa que yo había pedido. Al cual me menciono que estaba reservada y que incluso dónde estábamos sentados también estaba reservada pero ellos aún así nos hicieron el favor. yo le comenté que se me hacía una manera muy grosera que cuando llegamos en ningún momento me comentaron de un reservación. Y que si yo solicite el cambió en forma y tiempo. Por qué me ignoraron, ya que fue muy claro que le dieron prioridad a un grupo de personas que tampoco tenía dichas reservaciónes. Por casualidad otra mesa se desocupo en ese momento así que no tubo otra opción que cambiarme de mesa pero aún así de manera molesta y altanera. En conclusión, Creo si no te gusta el servicio al cliente y no sabes tratar a las personas no deberías dedircarte al servicio de alimentos y bebidas, porque más que ayudar al restaurante lo perjudicas. unprofessional staff work here. This morning my mom was judged and ignored. She ask the waiter if she can sit down at the table they told her yes. Shorty after her another party got seated and their order was taken right away.
