Wonderful restaurant to check out while in colonia americana. Visited recently with my gf and was very impressed.

The ambiance of GASPAR is very unique and the restaurant is beautiful (nestled in a quiet area in chapu) The service was amazing, staff routinely came up to check up on us and also provided recommendations.

For the food I ordered the clásica burger & my gf the spicy chicken sandwich. The flavor of both of our burgers was fantástic. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had (and I’m from the U.S.) the burger had a unique sauce that gave it a little kick. Fries were 10/10 and were perfectly crisp and lightly salted. My gf said spicy chicken sandwich was one of best she had ever tasted

The portions were a little on the smaller side but they were just perfect to leave feeling satisfied and full. They also have unique drinks (my gf ordered a margarita and it was increíble)

This place has the best burgers in town, I tried the dumplings (A bit spicy but so tasty!? patatas bravas with Parmesan cheese (My recommendation if you like potato), I ordered the Lafayette Burger 🍔 it has caramel onion and cheese! That’s impressive and the gazpacho soup it’s a summer option if you like cold soups, that’s amazing, the service is fast and also they offered me bug repellents for free, it’s a cozy place with great service, good prices! Nice ambiance. Burgers are amazing and rave-worthy with high quality ingredients but the fries are disappointing in both quality and quantity. Fries should be almost too hot to bite into when the plate is served so that they maintain a good temperature throughout the entire meal. Every time I have gone the fries are on the cool side of warm. Also, very skinny--like McDonald's fries. Kind of a shame, really, because such perfect burgers should not have to be unequally yoked to...
