This probably has been the worst restaurant, Experience, I, ever had, The service was terrible Food Not authentic Korean like they supposed to be, but the worst was the service. Our server was very rude. did not care about serving people. We order at four meall Korean BBQ plus a Raman soup. They were five of us. So she only gave us four plates and we asked for an extra plate for the Fifth person, but she wouldn’t give it to us. Just because we did not order a fifth barbecue meal Which was kind of ridiculous . They shouldn’t have a problem giving you an extra plate, but the worse was that she did not want to deal with us. She sent somebody else to tell us that we had to order a fifth barbecue meal, which we end up doing, I think she thought we were trying to cheat, which it was not the case, and the Portion we got did not change for the fifth mail. We got the same amount of items for the Fifth, and actually we had a lot of leftover meats, and all of the shrimp because no one likes shrimps in my family. our server never came back to check on us. Somebody else did and I initially ordered a beer and I wanted a second one and the second server I ordered from never got my beer till he came back and check on us and ask if everything was OK, and then I mentioned, that I never got my beer I ordered from him, and he said The excuse that somebody else was supposed to bring my beer out to me, but I never got my beer. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody or will come back myself to eat here ever again, the service sucks, we are all very unhappy about...

You cannot order smaller portions or kid's menu if you don't come with one, you cannot order a single platter and share with ur frind whose ordered something different, you must eat what you ordered and only that according to the restaurant's obnoxious rules. If I am a CUSTOMER ...I will do with whatever I get served what I want on that table. I'm paying for and should be able to buy whatever I want! This place will soon be closing if they don't change their desperate need of money for something more flexible... just let your customer eat and share the food they are PAYING for whatever...

Mi experiencia en KGrill Avenida México fue, en general, buena. La comida realmente cumplió con todas mis expectativas: estaba deliciosa, bien presentada y tenía un sabor auténtico. Sin embargo, uno de los aspectos que creo que podrían mejorar es la velocidad del servicio. Aunque el personal fue muy amable y atento, noté que a veces la atención tardaba un poco en llegar. Sería genial ver un poco más de agilidad en el servicio, especialmente cuando se trata de tomar pedidos y servir los platos. Creo que esto podría mejorar significativamente la experiencia general de los clientes y garantizar que todos se sientan atendidos de manera rápida y eficiente.
