You may have to wait for your "Torta" style sandwich, but oh! it's worth it. At this tiny, tiny hole-in-the-wall location are some of the most delicious, fresh sandwiches in Guadalajara. Why the wait? It turns out that many of the state offices and workers in the area all order their delicious sandwiches here. Try reading the limited menu up, on the back wall to have your order ready, buy a soda also, and you have an quick picnic at one of the nearby plazas. The lonches are good but they are super slow as snails. No lie. We got in the line and we wore 5th in line and it bearly moved up a person 1 time after 1hour and a half. So we kept waiting, and nothing. So we decided to leave cuz we had things to do. I would say not worth the wait for the food. They get an F for there service. One reason is I noticed a guy even left pist off, cuz he had his orders hours ago, and he never got them done. There service is bad. I noticed that they are also rude when they get an order. Anyone can beat there A/K/A food. So...

ASCO DE ATENCIÓN Bien dicen "CREA FAMA Y ÉCHATE A DORMIR", realmente que decepción para los clientes de este establecimiento, muy famosos según ellos, pero como prestadores de servicios alimenticios son un ASCO en lo que se refiere a la atención del cliente, el día de hoy como a las 9 am llegue al local para comprar unos lonches para desayunar porque me los habían recomendado, delante de mi había 5 personas y detrás mio otra docena mas, estuve esperando aproximadamente 45 minutos y aun no me atendían, decide asomarme a la puerta del local y vi que al dueño o encargado le estaban dando un rico y relajante masaje, mientras que otros 6 empleados estaban trabajando partiendo el virote, partiendo carne, embarrando crema etc., seguí esperando y vi como el tipo que le dio el masaje al encargado se llevaba sus lonches muy agusto, así que pregunte a que hora nos atenderían porque los que estamos esperando ya estábamos muy desesperados, no resibi respuesta alguna, así que decidí irme al igual que otras 3 personas, de hecho una persona que pasaba por el lugar nos dijo que siempre era lo mismo, que atendían muy mal y que realmente los lonches no estaban tan buenos ni valían el tiempo de espera..... realmente que decepción que estén tan mal organizados, que pésimo y asco de servicio por parte de los que se jactan de ser los mejores lonches de guadalajara, porque cuando verdaderamente eres el mejor, no hay personas como yo dando una opinión tan negativa de este lugar.....moraleja si quieren lonches amparito vente preparado para dar masaje al encargado y que te puedas llevar tus lonches o ármate de paciencia porque el tiempo de espera es muyyyyy largo y con una...
