This restaurant is a sold 4 star but doesn’t quite deliver enough to be a top notch dining spot. The food is excellent and the portions are generous.

One issue is that the restaurant takes no credit cards of any kind. Which is surprising for a restaurant of this size. The complimentary salsa is some of the worst I have tried. It’s watery and very spicy. There is also a salsa consisting of soy and onion which is awful.

They serve a really large portion of guacamole which is somewhat bland. But that’s easily remedied with all the hot sauces on the table.

I ordered the grilled octopus which was tender and favorable. My wife ordered mixed seafood and she was really pleased by the quality and portions.

The restaurant does an excellent job of combatting COVID. Patrons are temperature checked and ask to sanitize hands. Tables are spaced and all the staff wear masks. Finally the rest room...

My wife and I split the shrimp and octopus ceviche (cooked) but you have a choice of raw shrimp. The octopus was cooked perfectly! The shrimp and cheese empanada was my favorite, its a must eat! We each had a marlin taco on flour tortillas. We've never had marlin before. The meat looked like a red canned tuna but it tasted like nothing I've had to describe.
