Coffee was off, like others have said. Looked like rocket fuel, but tasted weak with an odd cocoa flavor. I didn't drink it, so they didn't charge me, which I thought was kind.
The pricing and options are sometimes confusing. Regular chilaquiles are $109 with an egg no mention of beans. But the tiny extras menu offered eggs al gusto with one addition OR an omelet with beans and chilaquiles for $89p. I tried to get a sunny side up egg with chilaquiles & cheese but the waitress looked confused. I was confused because I've never seen this traditional dish come with an omelet.

Yes, it was a hashbrown patty, but is was still crispy and delicious! My cheese omelet was well cooked, had great flavor and was a nice size to help energize the morning (that plus coffee!!). When the check comes, they will bring you a personal sized fire to cook two large marshmallows yourself. Nice touch! The quality of this breakfast and the great service will bring us back in the future to try more...
