Worst Service I ever had to deal with ! There is 5 persons working there, and it feel like they're barely doing the job of two !

I heard in advance that you'll have to wait a while to get served but I didn't realize it was not because the place is overcrowded but because they have actually no idea what they are doing !

The concept is the same as every little ice cream joint you can find in Tokyo around Shibuya, reverse the ice cream process and "freeze" it in front of the client for maximum effect on a cold iron board. . . But it seams that people don't really understand that that is how ALL ice cream are made !!! There is nothing fancy here !

Also what you get as a final product is VERY different from what they announce on Facebook and such other social media pages . . The pictures are actually a combination of different products they have put together for a nice Instagram picture bait !

Taste is average . . . It's just dry powder that they mix with cream. . . You'll find no fresh ingredients here ! Price is higher than what it should be !

If you just want some macha ice cream I'd recommend you to turn around the corner and go to a store named "Toyo" where they'll serve you matcha cup for barely...

La heladería (ubicada en la parte de abajo) tiene sabores muy exóticos y deliciosos, la presentación de los helados también es muy buena, el personal muy amable y el diseño de interiores está muy acorde al concepto del restaurante y es muy agradable a la vista. El precio de los helados me parece acorde en relación al servicio, las instalaciones y la calidad de los helados.

Sin embargo, la ultima vez que visite este restaurante batalle bastante en escoger el sabor de mi helado, ya que me comentó la chica que me atendió que retiraron muchísimos sabores de la carta, así que tuve que estar preguntando por lo menos por 5 sabores los cuáles me informó que ya no estaban disponibles. Afortunadamente me dijo que pronto actualizarían el menú.

Otro aspecto importante a destacar es que la heladería esta demasiado estrecha y no cuenta con área para sentarse a comer los helados, por lo que es una experiencia de entrada por salida.

En cuanto al restaurante (ubicado en la parte de arriba, se necesita contraseña para acceder), tiene unas instalaciones bellísimas, muy amplias, limpias y con un excelente diseño de interiores. La carta desafortunadamente no es muy amplia, y la porción de los platillos es, en ocasiones, no satisfactoria en relación a su precio.

Si van a visitar el restaurante les recomiendo pedir curry, ya que estos platillos si los sentí satisfactorios en relación precio, sabor y presentación. El Milk Tea de Thai y de Taro también están muy deliciosos y valen totalmente la pena.

Es una pena que el restaurante este totalmente desligado de la heladería, ya que su menú de postres es muy limitado y no te incita a preferirlos sobre la amplia variedad y precios del establecimiento de abajo, así tampoco puedes pedir un helado en el restaurante y que te lo lleven a tu mesa, cosa que siento entorpece bastante la experiencia y la comodidad del comensal.

En cuanto al personal, debo decir que tuve una experiencia bastante agridulce, nos atendieron activamente dos meseros, uno llamado Jerry y otro chico delgado al cuál no le pregunte su nombre. Ambos meseros fueron muy atentos y amables con nosotros, lo que estaba haciendo que mi experiencia fuera muy buena hasta el momento. Sin embargo, una chica de cabello castaño y otro mesero estaban hablando mal de su trabajo a un volumen de voz bastante indiscreto, además de que me ignoraban intencionalmente a mi y a mi familia cuando les hacíamos una pregunta o les solicitábamos la cuenta, supongo que son personas que no disfrutan su trabajo y desearían buscar en algotro lugar, ojalá lo hagan, pues arruinaron una experiencia que hasta esos momentos había sido muy gratificante.

No se si volveré a visitar el restaurante, aunque ciertamente me tomare un muy largo tiempo para volver, y esperó mejore la actitud de las personas negativas en ese restaurante, pues por unos cuantos que odian su trabajo arruinan el esfuerzo que todos los demás miembros de su establecimiento hacen para satisfacer a...

Well, this time they outdid themselves, they have an amazing selection of handmade ice creams, different and uncommon ingredients with the touch of love and passion that makes them be, by far, the best rolled ice cream, you can taste the dedication of everyone involved, from the owners themselves, to the talented guys behind the preparation which almost always are the same ones... Talk about customer care, but with the new addition they literally hit a new level of awesomeness, a place themed by their own hands, the coziness of the place and themes in the areas are right on point, also with the music and the fusion of the food with it makes it a memorable experience, these are the places that make you feel like you are having a dinner and you feel like you owe them even after paying the check, go with friends, go with family, go with that special someone, there is an area that will amaze you, from the drinks to the desserts... love said with food and...
