We came looking for great cocktails based on reviews. The cocktails were pretty basic I would say, not anything creative that's unique to this bar, and menu doesn't have descriptions of them, just names of the standards like Old Fashioned, Gimlet, etc. We asked for an off menu cocktail and they couldn't make it and didn't seem really interested in experimenting. Acá les va mi experiencia,,,, para empezar pedí sugerencia de bebidas a la cual la mesera NADA amable se negó diciendo que alli estaba el QR ni si quiera menú ... le dije no me puedes recomendar ? NOOO alli esta el qr ,,, :S ok pues ni modo ,.... después le dije solo traeme un wiskey derecho.... y fuí muy especifico le pregunte cuanto trae un sencillo y me dijo 2 OZ. y le dije ahh esta perfecto el sencillo gracias .... al final de la cuenta resulta que me trajo un doble QUE YO NO PEDI y a parte fuí muy claro .... llego el tipo cara larga que esta a un lado de la barra diciendo muy altanero y grosero que debía de pagarlo ,,,, le dije mira si fuera error mio lo pago pero ustedes trajeron algo que no pedí, a parte que fui muy claro con ella.... se presta a pensar que estan sirviendo de mas para cobrar mas...... total yo no iba a pagar algo que no pedí y de muy mal modo a mi y a mi pareja enfrente de todos nos dijo que NO LO PAGARAMOS ,,,, pero que NO ERAMOS BIENVENIDOS en ese lugar nunca mas ... TAL CUAL ESAS PALABRAS '' NO VUELVAN , NO SON BIENVENIDOS''' ..... en ningún lugar del mundo tratan así a sus clientes y menos cuando el error es del bar . al contrario ,,,, '' UNA DISCULPA POR EL MALENTENDIDO''' no se preocupen...... aaaaalgo que te devuelva el buen sabor de boca y no que empeore la experiencia... no saben nada de servicio al cliente ni de mixología . una mesera que no es capáz de recomendar algo es inútil ,. ella debería de conocer el menú y recomendar algo acorde a tus gustos. podrían potenciar sus ventas simplemente entrenando al personal en servicio al cliente. en fin una noche...

Honestly we didn’t try the drinks but we went there because it was recommended on a bunch of top bar lists. When we walked in it was really dark and we had to move to another table which is totally fine but then it took a long time for them to bring us a menu which was just a QR code so it could have just been left on the table.
