Came here twice already and love this new addition in GDL.

Authentic Chinese hot pot experience. Better come with group of 6-10 people so you get to order more items for your hot pot.

We always choose the duo soup base with one spicy and one non spicy original.

I love all the speciality items, including duck blood (a must) kidney (only if you like inner meats), shrimp paste (also a must) yuba, lettuce roots, taro and many vege selections. We usually order about 12-18 items to share among the group.

Yes the price can be a bit high but also depending on what you select.

Sauce station has decent basics of all the condiments you need, I highly recommend to add a bit of tahini and fermented tofu (in a jar on the left hand side with soy sauce bottle) as part of your sauce.

If you never have Chinese hot pot, it’s better to go with someone who know the set up so you can enjoy the experience the most.

We will definitely come back when craving for hot pot...

We got the broth that was spicy with aceite (poco picante) - it was very spicy! lol Other than that, the food was amazing. The service was interesting. The waiters aren’t super attentive but they respond when you ask for something. We got some beef, the lamb/beef combo, and bacon. We didn’t opt for veggies because we were with our little ones and they aren’t such big fans.

The orange chicken was super good, but took a little bit of time to arrive to the table.

La comida es deliciosa y fresca, la higiene del lugar puede mejorar ( sugiero que dejen limpio antes de cerrar por la noche, para que cuando abran no esté muy sucio), el servicio variable entre normal y muy bueno, depende de qué mesera atienda, siempre buena experiencia, y el personal de cocina 💯, muy buen servicio y se nota la dedicación en la preparación y presentación de los platillos y los ingredientes. La música ambiente puede mejorar, en mi opción algo asiático combinaría con el concepto del lunar, (generalmente tienen reggaetón) música de fondo tipo jazz, música de cafetería o música asiática ambiente, estaría excelente. Si nunca han ido, pero les gustan los sabores nuevos, este lugar les va a gustar. El asunto del costo es que sin importar si son 2, 4 o más personas, la preparación del caldo les saldrá mínimo entre 600 y 800 ( caldo base + 3 o 4 ingredientes) puede ser más dependiendo de cuántos y cuáles ingredientes elijan para su caldo (buena variedad de ingredientes, con diferentes costos). A eso, agregar el costo de entradas (gyosas, rollitos , fideos fritos, etc, todas muy buenas) y bebidas. Sugiero que sean 4 personas o más, para que no sientan alto el costo.

Me gusta el concepto, la decoración y la comida. En febrero /marzo las meseras me atendieron mejor que ahora (mayo), pero la comida sigue 10/10. He venido varias ocasiones y espero seguir visitando el lugar y que sea cada vez...
