this place is a gem within mexico city. I've been told about this place by a friend from france and i eventually got super excited as I am from Guadeloupe. I took one of my friends and I went there. the decor of this place is wonderful. we've had multiple of their dishes, the one that stood out the most was the poulet boucane which tasted exactly like home. the soupe de coco was very comforting i loved it. the ostiones con queso de cabra reminded me a lot of france which i missed a lot. i think the accras were a bit too salty tho. I absolutely loved the gratin creole you cannot get more authentic than this. the banane flambee is a good dessert if you want to finish it on an not too overly sweet note. now I would want to say that this place is a bit expensive but to be fair it is worth it and i'm sure they still can improve as the restaurant is...

Créole is wonderful. We arrived early on Thursday for dinner and for a while were the only people in the restaurant. Outside seating is in a small garden next to the street. It was quiet enough to talk with background music coming from inside.

The waitstaff were attentive and helped us choose from their menu. We shared Accras de Morue (crispy fritters filled with cod). They were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Main course was a pizza. We went with the Duquesa — creme, Brie, sun-dried tomatoes and a touch of honey. It was amazing — crispy crust and melded flavors.

Their wine list included several Sauvignon Blancs. We let our waitress choose and had an excellent one from France.

If you want a quiet spot with an attentive staff and excellent food, I’d give this...

Popped in here as a last-minute lunch celebration for my birthday. Fe and Jenny were amazing! They made me feel so special and were just incredibly attentive. The food was so, so good! I had the truffle fries and the salad with almonds and fruit. My husband got a fish dish that was also delicious. We split the dessert that was like a lava cake while they played the birthday song on the speaker. Seriously so sweet and above my expectations, will...
