I recently visited the Domino’s Cervantes Saavedra Pizza outlet located in Polanco, Mexico City, and I must say, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. If you’re in or around the Polanco area and craving delicious, hot pizza in a clean and welcoming environment, this is definitely the place to go.
First and foremost, the quality of the pizza was outstanding. The pizzas were served hot and fresh, just the way they should be. The crust was perfectly baked, the cheese was generous and melty, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I tried their classic Pepperoni, Veggie Delight, and the Chicken BBQ – all of them were absolutely satisfying and cooked to perfection. The sides, including garlic bread and chicken wings, were also great additions to the meal.
The outlet itself is very clean and well-maintained. Cleanliness is something I always notice when visiting food places, and I was very pleased to see that the floors, tables, and serving areas were spotless. Even during peak hours, the staff managed to keep the place tidy and organized. The seating area is comfortable, making it a good spot to sit and enjoy your meal with friends or family.
One thing that really stood out was the supportiveness and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a smile. The team there was polite, efficient, and more than willing to help with recommendations. They explained the menu items patiently, helped customize my order, and made sure everything was just right. The service was quick, and despite a good number of customers, they handled everything professionally and with a positive attitude.
Another important thing I noticed is that the branch has a good water supply and proper hygiene facilities, including clean restrooms. It might seem like a small detail, but it really adds to the overall customer experience, especially when dining in.
The outlet also provides both dine-in and takeaway services, and the takeaway orders were being handled efficiently. Several people were picking up their online orders, and it seemed the branch was managing both walk-ins and deliveries very smoothly.
Whether you’re stopping by for a quick lunch, having dinner with friends, or picking up something on the go, Domino’s Polanco delivers both in taste and service. The ambiance is nice, not overly crowded, and well-suited for a casual meal. There’s also free Wi-Fi, which is a bonus for those who want to work while they eat or just scroll and relax.
In conclusion, the Domino’s Pizza in Polanco has impressed me with its clean environment, supportive staff, fast service, and most importantly — hot, tasty pizzas. It’s a great example of a well-run fast-food outlet that cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this branch if you’re looking for a consistently good Domino’s experience in...
Read moreThis place is really weird, I guess the staff just don't want to work. They don't answer the phone, they hang up, they leave you on hold. We ordered a pizza from a strange guy who seemed to speak in riddles, shouldve known then it was a mistake, obviously it never arrived, couldn't speak to anyone on the phone, in the app it said it had already been delivered. We hadn't paid for it, so whatever. Ordered Papá John's instead, much better service. After this experience and reading these reviews I can't understand how this place is still open, why don't the managers do something with these useless...
