I just dropped by this Starbucks to exchange some cheese breads I purchased at the Starbucks in Roma Norte. The mgr was extremely rude and indicated that I could only get a replacement at the Starbucks I made the purchase. I paid with my app. I’m a longtime customer to be treated in this manner is unacceptable. The woman indicated she was going to call the cops if i didn’t leave the store. Her name is Vane which was on her name tag. I want an apology from Starbucks for the humiliation and horrendous customer service. Regular Starbucks with good customer service. The reason for 2 stars: I ordered a Latte Grande, I guess the “barista” miscalculated the amount of milk and poured cold milk into the drink. She actually asked if it was ok but I thought it was just a tiny bit, not that much. A barista would never ask such a question anyway! Needless to say, my coffee wasn’t hot, just warm.
