Wingstop Polanco — Restaurant in Mexico City

I recently visited Wingstop with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The service was painfully slow, which set the tone for the rest of our visit.

To make matters worse, the mixed drinks we ordered were essentially glasses of ice with a splash of flavor. It was clear that the bartender wasn't paying attention to the drink-to-ice ratio.

But the biggest disappointment was the food. The wings we ordered were burnt to a crisp, which was not only unappetizing but also a clear indication of a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen.

When we brought the issue to the waitress's attention, she seemed completely uninterested and didn't even offer an apology or a solution. Her nonchalant attitude made us feel like our concerns were being ignored.

Overall, our experience at Wingstop was a disaster. Slow service, subpar drinks, and burnt food are not what I expect from a reputable chain. The lack of concern from the staff was the final nail in the coffin.

Hace años dejé una reseña positiva de este lugar, pero ahora es terrible. Los precios son altísimos al punto donde se vuelve insultante. No es ni siquiera un local especialmente bonito, ni espacioso, ni con comida de calidad. Es basura inflada que se aprovecha de la gentrificación de Polanco. Tardan muchísimo en atenderte incluso cuando apenas hay gente. Si está lleno, una simple orden de alitas puede tardar más de una hora. También te niegan el servico en el local si llevas cualquier otro alimento o bebida del centro comercial o los locales de al lado, como si fuera un restaurante cerrado y no un local...

Pésimo servicio, 1630hrs del 7 de Septiembre, pase al comedor al interior para comenzar el joven de mala gana colocando gel antibacterial mancho mi bota, por si no fuera poco nos ofreció mesa y duró más de 8 minutos en entregarnos una carta, le dio otra persona después que nosotros y primero tomó el pedido de ella y por si fuera poco nisiquiera fue a decirnos algo, en fin 10 minutos más continuo la espera y pues opte por salir en virtud a que nunca tuve ni la oportunidad de pedir mi comida, me decepciona porque realmente no se qué pasó, en fin no vuelvo ni recomiendaria un...
