We chose this cafe because our daughters are obsessed with Harry Potter and we decided to surprise our youngest for her birthday. When we ordered, our absolutely wonderful server, Fabian, realized it was her birthday and made the experience so special. He added a candle to birthday cake we ordered and also sang her Happy Birthday. He then gave her a “special potion” for a whole year of good luck. He absolutely went above and beyond. The business is lucky to have an employee like him. Best service we have had in CDMX by far. The decorations are also awesome.

The Grial de Fuego was one of the best, perhaps the best, frozen drink I have ever had. The latte was excellent too. Service was excellent — they clearly care about quality. Brought us some stuffed animal friends for our table. Not sure what that was about but it was a nice tough touch to be honest. Oh Harry Potter stuff everywhere…ok

Fuimos tres amigas y entre lo que comimos, que que una hamburguesa, una cerveza de mantequilla, un pastel y una bebida extra, pagamos en total 1200, más propina (está no te la piden). Ese día había promociones, que nosotras ocupamos, así que quizá otros días hayan otro tipo de promociones. Igual, puedes tomarte fotos en algunos de los stans que tienen. Me encanto la atención, el servicio y la experiencia.

LEER ANTES DE TENER UNA DESCEPCIÓN DE MÁGICO NO TIENE NADA

1: EL SERVICIO ES MAS QUE PÉSIMO La personas que atienden intentan ser "atentas" pero para nada lo son, en mi estancia NUNCA se acercaron a mí mesa a ofrecerme algo más o tener la atención de preguntar, y solamente se la pasan con el celular en la mano, pedí unas alitas de 1k perfectamente para dos personas, ni platos nos dieron.

2: POCA HIGIENE Algo que se resalta de los lugares de comida es que por lo menos te limpian la mesa, pero es este lugar ni eso lo hacen, la mesas tenían polvo además que se movía de un lado al otro pues la mesa estaba en malas condiciones.

3: EL LUGAR Los que vamos a ese tipo de lugares vamos por la experiencia que ofrecen, pero en este caso es un lugar de 4x4 donde quieren acomodar 4 mesas, por lo tanto están demaciado juntas, es un simple lugar sin estilo.

4: LA COMIDA Lo único que tienen con estilo son los nombres, pues la comida no tiene un sabor especial como lo esperas, y las bebidas ni se diga están echas por un robot sin chiste, además que no valen el precio. Las salsas son sacadas de un bote compradas en soriana o Walmart.
