Carlo (and the entire team!) was absolutely phenomenal, both on a professional and a personal level. We are from out of town and happened to stop by during a launch of their new collection. Everyone was kind, passionate, and so helpful. The entire experience felt personalized and upscale; they kept us hydrated, brought pieces to recommend, and every size until we were perfectly satisfied. Their stylist (I can’t remember his name and now I want to cry - he is in the picture I am sharing) was a lovely human being and gave off the best energy. My partner and I bought 3 boots/shoes/heels, a leather jacket, and got two custom screen printed shirts to commemorate (for free)! The pricing was extremely reasonable. I bought a pair of shoes. I asked if they were leather. They said it was, but after purchasing I realized it was synthetic leather. Also the bottom of the shoe kept on coming off. I exchanged the first pair, then used the second pair and it also broke within a day. I went to a shoe repair instead of returning because it was cheaper to get it fixed than having to Uber there multiple times for some awfully made shoes. Excelente tienda, el trato del staff es acogedor, desde que entras te reciben con un amigable saludo, te invitan a recorrer las areas de calzado, textile y accesorios. Si hay poca gente te dan un trato impecable, personal y muy amables; cuando hay mucha gente el trato es exactamente igual, sublime. Solo que no es taaan personal pero si sientes que estan al pendiente de si quieres otra talla, otro modelo o si solo estás mirando te permiten checar tus alrededores para asi hacerte sentir la "experiencia" por decirlo de alguna manera. Te platican como cuidar tu calzado, son muy pacientes y te ofrecen agua embotellada de vez en cuando (más cuando si hace mucho calor). La tienda huele rico, a piel. Siempre está ordenada y tienen un pequeño probador por si quieres probarte una yera o unos jeans. En cuanto a la ubicación está muy facil de ubicar, hay almenos 2 o 3 estacionamientos en la cuadra y una que otra vez hay lugar en la calle (hay que pagar parquimetro) En general y para resumir: La tienda 10/10 Atención 10/10 Comodidad 11/10 (neta, nomás pruébenselas) Precios 10/10 Yo fui por mi primer par de botas hace 3 meses, mi segundo hace 1 mes y el tercero en estos dias para aprovechar los descuentos jajaja.
