LOUISES CHEF Comida Casera Gourmet — Restaurant in Mexico City

In all of my travels around Mexico, this is by far & without a doubt the worst mole & the worst chilaquiles con mole I've ever come across... The taste of the mole was rotten, as if they used rotten nuts or something in there. Disgusting. They also added ton of raw yellow onion, which as any cook knows, gives an unpleasant taste in big quantities. If you're gonna put raw onion, use red or white onions. Otherwise, at least massage the yellow onions with salt to remove the off-taste... Waiters just told me "that's just the way we do it". Chef passed by me grimacing, pushing away my nearly untouched plate & paying full-price without eating. Didn't care to know why I didn't like his food.

Excelente lugar para comer, son muy atentos, pero a mí en lo particular no me gusta que me digan que le traigo cuando aún no siquiera he tomado la sopa, y no solo en este restaurante sino en la mayoría de los restaurantes deberían esperar un poco y después preguntar.
