The service in the Diana location in Mexico City is pathetic. This is the third complaint I've sent, first, in person with the manager, then on local Facebook, but it seems to get worse day by day. The take away bar is always dirty and hectic; while people are moving floor mats that send dust flying, others are preparing food with no care for hygiene, the Credit Card terminal never seems to work, and they do little to fix it, or at least have change on the register. They rather loose a customer than check if they can change a 200 peso bill for a 55 peso ticket. It's everyday that three employees approach a customer to ask what he or she wants, and no one prepares the order, while the customer is in line to pay for an order that will not be ready, with a credit card that will be rejected, or a bill that will not be changed. THIS HAPPENS EVERY DAY Today, Jorge the manager, nor Rocío the cashier had name badges and where reluctant to give heir names, as they are aware they are not doing their job. Jorge finally produced a name badge, Rocío, the cashier opted for the confrontation, saying the did not care if i wrote a complaint. Please fix this soon, it is the worst service I've experienced at any MK location...
Read moreThis was my tweet on Twitter: "I thought the service here would be equal to that of the branch in NYC, but I was sorely mistaken. My experience at @maisonkaysermex Reforma was so bad I had to walk out after paying for my food. I was embarrassed and lost my appetite."
I had order my food to go, which you would think that it would have been faster, especially since it was a turkey sandwich, not something that needed to be cooked. Right after I paid for it, I told the server that I changed my mind and I would sit down to eat it. Jessica Jocelyn Rivera Lara was very sweet, the male server who took over my service, was not as attentive, which I didn't mind, I only want my food. Two tables that came after me were served, and I still waited. After seeing this and 15 minutes had passed, my sandwich never came, so I walked out. Heavily embarrassed and livid, I had lost my appetite. I will...
Read moreMy experience should have been at least a four star, possibly a 5 star rating, but good food was ruined by negligent service that was not the kitchen's fault. I had a full breakfast: eggs Benedict, coffee, croissant, fruit. The restaurant wasn't busy. My coffee was served tepid and was cold within a few minutes. After a fifteen minute delay, my fruit was brought, followed in five minutes (before I could finish it) by the eggs. It was clear that the eggs had been sitting; they were barely warm. A shame, because the ingredients were very good, but everything had begun to cool and congeal. This meal was 319 pesos-- before the tip--and I left a full cup of cold coffee without drinking it. So: I would not eat breakfast here again. The pastry was very good- I might consider picking up from...
