It’s a pleasure to find different options for Japanese food in Mexico City, specially, in the famous Pink Zone or Zona Rosa, I stopped this time by to get a Ramen at Aburiya Ramen, on Hamburgo Street, which some people consider the Heart of the Zona Rosa, this place is at walking distance from the famous Angel de la Independencia, the food was great, a nice and warm atmosphere, I had the Tonkutsu Ramen and some Gyoza, with a calpis drink. I order beef udon and agedashi tofu and both of my meals are extremely good, the udon is very tasty with tender beef meat, the tofu is fried (I'm not sure if I'd tried this before) but it makes the tofu more interesting,
The waitresses are very friendly and helpful, also the chef and the kitchen staff are very kind, the chef himself come to us and explain about the meals and gives some recommendations,
All and all, we're very satisfied and surely we will come...
