P.F. Chang's — Restaurant in Mexico City

Manager and server tried to blatantly scam us twice.

Corporate needs to seriously investigate this location.

First it was for 210% our bill with fake charges for beers and family packs we never ordered.

Then again for 115% of our bill, still with charges for a beer, and the wrong price for menu items.

I had to say I was paying the $701MXN and that was it on the terminal, and not the $1469MXN on our bill.

It got tense and we left quickly.

They barely let us leave at 11:30PM, being very slow in an empty restaurant in what seemed an intimidation method.

The manager, who appeared to be coordinating the efforts kept peeking out leaning behind a wall to see if we would pay directing the server.

Food tasted bad, ordered a new kind of beef did not like it because it was extremely rubbery, chef came out and said thats how they cook it. Afterwards ordered a new dessert called something celebration, description said it had ice cream, chocolate cake, chocolate syrup, fruit Coulee made with wine. Server came to table poured a shot of alcohol and lit on fire and poured it over the dessert, it was horrible. The menu described the dessert but in no such form did it say it had a shot of alcohol. Told them about it and they said it is a new product and they are just starting to get the hang of it. No...

Went for the Friday 2x1 deal for sushis, cocktails, alcohol deal. It wasn’t bad in terms of quality for price. However, the size of each piece of sushi was just too big. Each piece was about 2.5 cm thick. It was hard to put it all in my mouth, which made the eating experience a bit annoying. The quality was good, but you have to cut the pieces to be a bit less thick.

Anything that has sake in the cocktails don’t count for the 2x1 deal.

They are going through renovations now and unfortunately the women’s bathroom smelled like sewage. It was really gross. Please get that sorted...
