El día de ayer fui y la verdad fue de las peores experiencias en tanto tiempo visitando el lugar. Ayer al llegar pedí lasaña y se tardaron poco más de 40 minutos en irme a decir que ya no tenían, cuando previamente yo ya había ido a preguntar qué pasaba con mi orden y simplemente no pudieron decirme que ya se les había acabado. Después fueron a mi mesa a preguntar qué otra cosa quería (por lo anterior mencionado) y les dije que si entonces me podían traer una orden de alitas, y nuevamente se tardaron 30 minutos en traer mi comida, que al final de cuentas la persona con la que iba me lo termino llevando y no el personal de ahí. *Aquí quiero hacer una aclaración, la persona con la que fui, fue a preguntar qué pasaba con mi comida y al parecer al personal se le había olvidado hacer mi orden, diciendo a su vez que también ya se les habían acabado las alitas. Ya cuando tuve la comida en mis manos y estaba ingiriéndola, me percaté que las únicas dos alitas que les habían “sobrado” para mí estaban crudas, así como también la pechuga que me habían puesto como complemento a la escasez de la comida inicial. Ya al final, cuando nos dispusimos a irnos, mi acompañante le comentó a la señorita que nos atendió que la comida estaba cruda y su contestación solo un “ay”. Ya para finalizar ésta mala experiencia, yo había pedido un litro de agua, que hasta eso se les olvidó, puesto que cuando entregaron la orden solamente me dieron medio litro y ya cuando nos íbamos a ir nos llevaron el otro medio litro. The good things: Their bakery products, very good, as usual. I had to had brunch in their court area, and the taste of their dishes really surprised me. I had "costillitas en adobo" and they were tender, juicy and the adobo delicious. The bad things: the food was not warm enough or partly cold, the dining room was not clean, the bathrooms are kept locked and people had to ring the bell for 13 minutes! before the employee with the key appeared to let the people in.
