Pastes Kiko’s Chilpancingo — Restaurant in Mexico City

I was recently agravated by the lady with the glasses. She yelled at me and said she did not do her job wrong. She gave me a wrong order and when I told her about it she yelled at me and said I was wrong and that my order was right. I never give bad reviews likes this and hope no one has to go through this with these horrible customer service or employees. I have read other comments about this same lady. I have posted a video of how she stopped yelling at me and decided to go behind the counter and hide till her manager arrived and insisted she was right and you can clearly see the order was not Mole Rojo. Please don't come here till she gets fired or gets better training from the manager. Or just new managment overall. Since even the manager ran out as quick as possible when he saw I came to tell them they gsve me the wrong order. Also from what the lady said she says that they only change your food if it hasn't been bitten off or opened because if you open them then they cannot resell them. And I told her it was their fault about.

Hope you enjoy your stay here in mexico city and don't encounter this situation with this rude lady that will endup squishing ypur food and spitting on your food without the manager...

Dice que abre a las 7 de la mañana pero en realidad empiezan a dar servicio a las 8:30 y cortan el servicio a cada rato por qué se les termina el producto hoy 22 de mayo de 2025 a las 2:40 de la tarde me dieron un pésimo servicio y me dijeron que empezaban a dar servicio nuevamente dentro de 15 o 20 minutos dependiendo de cuánto tardaban en estar los pastes por qué no tenían de ningún sabor disponible yo creo que para la zona en la que está es para que fuera una mejor sucursal con un mejor servicio pero lamentablemente no es así y van varias veces que trato de comprar en la tarde pero cierran muy temprano ya que a las 7:30 empiezan a escasear los sabores o de plano ya te dicen que no...

He asistido a varias sucursales VIPS y debo resaltar que esta me gustó, la comida fue buena, las bebidas igualmente estuvieron bien, el café no me pareció excelente pero por el precio y siendo refill el sabor es bueno y el precio bastante justo, la sucursal tiene wifi así que aunque no fui a trabajar podría ser una opción para trabajar un rato con laptop allí, el personal fue muy agradable, no tuve que esperar para que me dieran una mesa (estuve aproximadamente a las 7:00pm) y para que me sirvieran el número primer tiempo no demoraron más de 10 minutos, la actitud de la chica que me atendió fue muy buena, bastante servicial y sugirió menú.
