It was Christmas Eve and we couldn't find dinner anywhere in the city despite searching for more than an hour. We tried multiple food delivery apps as well but no one was willing to deliver. For some reason I decided to call San Giorgio Pizza. Michel the manager couldn't understand English and I don't understand Spanish so he asked me to Whatsapp him. With the help of Google translate we were able to converse and he asked me to place a pick-up order on UberEats since delivery wasn't available. He then made the pizzas at 11:30pm even though he closed shop at 11pm. After making the pizzas, he hailed a Taxi and got the pizzas delivered to me. Michel went above and beyond to make sure we didn't go hungry on Christmas Eve after having just landed in Mexico City! Truly...

Ordered literally dozens of times their Diavola and 4 formaggi pizzas which are my favorite from their menu.

The pizza is usually pretty good as compared to most pizzerias in the city and it’s become my go to pizza spot in CMDX.

Sometimes though it’s a bit hit or miss. The pizza came too spicy, or poor presentation or not enough cheese and as tasty as compared to other orders. Most of the times it’s been fine. So if they manage to get consistency it’d be a 5 stars.

Tried other dishes as well as the chicken, which was good, the lasagna I think the portion wasn’t really generous and the panzerotto came kind of soggy.

Recommend for sure the pizza but there’s room for...

If you're looking for a good option for pizza in the city, this place is it. Most of the foods are wheat based so lots of breads and pizza and a few salad options.

When we got there, we sat for about 5 minutes before we were taken care of. There was only 1 waiter and 1 person in the kitchen preparing pizzas and such so maybe that's why the service wasn't that great.

The food was good but it was definitely pricey, something you should consider because a large pizza will cost you upwards of $250 pesos and a glass of wine will cost you at least $140 pesos and up.

Good ingredients, mediocre service and high prices...

When passion, attention to detail, and execution are consistently present in the pursuit of perfection, the result is what you will experience at San Giorgio. Whether it's the unbelievably light, crisp, and delectable dough that forms the foundation of every pizza, to the impeccable and friendly service, or the testament to traditional recipes using the freshest local and imported ingredients, you will be hard-pressed to find a more fulfilling and deliciously authentic pizzeria from CDMX to the Palazzos of Palermo. My only feedback would be for more locations throughout North America. 3 is not enough haha.
