Wow I don’t even know where to start…

Bad service and very disorganized.

Ordered a glass of Spanish wine and it wasn’t that good so I finished and decided to try Italian. I provided this order to a female server. Another guy came over and poured another glass of Spanish and when I asked him if it was Italian he said yes it’s Italian. In that same moment the girl I originally ordered from came over with the bottle of Italian and he quickly told her to leave so that I wouldn’t notice. I kept saying that is the bottle of Italian I ordered and he kept lying to my face when I can clearly see the bottle he poured was the same as the first glass that I did not enjoy.

I enjoyed one sushi roll so I ordered it again. The second identical roll that came out was a half assed attempt that was barely like the original in taste and presentation. The cook slapped it together quickly because the kitchen was closing soon

Didn’t receive a roll that was charged to my bill. The server went back to the chef and slammed on the table in front of the restaurant guests for his mistake. Really unprofessional to belittle the cook in front of everyone.

I can’t complain about the food, really good, but the service was horrible so I couldn’t enjoy it. Many mistakes during the dinner like wrong orders, plates never arrived. The worse part was about the wine. I received the wrong glass of wine and when i said that to the waiter, (i think it was the owner/manager for his different outfit) he tried to convince me that it was the correct one, but unfortunately a moment later arrived another waiter with the correct one, embarrassing. to not be enough, when we received the bill (too high) they put plates that we have never received on it and when we informed the waiter, he stated to scream to the chef in front of everyone, inappropriate. An incredible setting, beautifully decorated. I enjoyed everything I got. I ordered the Shoma roll, I loved it. Had some nice sashimi, it was delicious. And they brought me a couple of other things that i didn't ask for. And i believe i was charged for them, so they weren't complimentary. I was in the mood to try more so i didn't mind. One of the things they brought me were some fish tacos. It was a party in my mouth. It was like a rainbow on my palate!
