The chilaquiles they serve are non-traditional, with thinner tortilla strips instead of tortilla chips and the chicken on the chilaquiles con pollo comes as a grilled chicken breast cut up instead of as pulled chicken, which was quite nice. CAFE B is a fine place. Coffee is always fresh, hot and delicious. I've only had a couple of food items, pastries, breakfast, but always been great. Service is just fine, and always friendly.

She ordered chilaquiles and I ordered waffles with apples. Her chilaquiles were cold with undercooked eggs. My waffles were rubbery, cold and had no apples on them with a bottle of old, crystallized honey to pour on them.
