Tierra Garat — Restaurant in Mexico City

I stopped over here during my bike ride jist to relax for a few minutes and re-energize. I ordered the regular Cafe Americano with leche (and 4 azucares). I love the fact the they have several unique smoothies and different coffee options, and I have been to a couple of their other locations throughout the city. This location is about half of the size, and there are probably less than ten tables inside, with many more outside on the sodewalk. It was a little bit cool to sit outside this morning, so I sat inside. I would definitely recommend...

Normalmente voy a otra sucursal y me encanta pero hoy fui a la de Ozuluama y Nuevo León en #Condesa y PÉSIMO DE INICIO A FIN. Me entregaron mi café, había pedido latte de vainilla me entregaron americano súper cargado horrible, le dije que estaba equivocado y que había pedido al tipo que me lo entrego y de mala gana me dijo que “se lo Ponía” cuando el latte lleva leche y jarabe y además se prepara diferente, literal solo le aventó un chorro de jarabe y me lo volvió a dar. Obvio sabía horrible ahí el concentrado sin siquiera revolverle. Ya molesta me acerqué a la caja y le dije a la cajera (diferente a la que me había atendido) y al tipo que por favor me lo cambiaran ya que NO ESTABA BIEN PREPARADO NI FUE LO QUE PEDÍ. Con cara de fastidio y mal modo el tipo me dijo que no me habían cobrado como latte, a lo cual yo respondí “no se porque yo eso fue lo que pedí” ahora la cajera, igualmente con una carota nefasta de mala gana casi me lo arrebata y de pésimo modo me dijo “ya, ahorita te lo dan”. En el Inter pasaron casi 20 minutos, me lo vuelven a dar y simplemente jamás quedó bueno. Ahora me faltaba mi emparedado de jamón serrano. Me paro y pregunto por el, la misma cajera con los mismos modos de maleducada y cara de estarme haciendo un favor, se voltea y se Mete al cuarto de atrás a preguntar por el. Me fui a sentar y todavía pasó un rato hasta que alguien más me lo fue a dejar. FRÍO, CON EL PAN DURO, Y DESABRIDO. Por este pésimo servicio y mal trato y mala calidad de los productos casi $180. Si no hubiera tenido que irme no me hubiera movido de ahí hasta que me devolvieran el dinero. PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y...

This Tierra Garat offered a nice spot to stop in for a coffee and breakfast before strolling through the neighborhood. The taro latte was fantastic as was the fig tart.
