Walked at 7:02am, mind you door was already open and we asked just to be courteous if they were open and no response from any of the three staff members. At 7:06am one of them came to the register to take our order, 2 Negra Flor. After 4 people got their coffee I asked about ours and his response was “machine was not on that is why we were closed” but wait, you open at 7:00am and your machines still off?? I am confused. Anyway, we finally received our coffee around 7:20am No “I’m sorry for the delay nor thank you for waiting” I really liked this place but after today experience not so much. I will suggest if you are a morning person to find...

Nice staff, let us try a sample of there cacao coffee. Btw a good option if you are looking for a mix of chocolate and coffee.

Latte was decent. They have proper mugs, I’m just wondering why they serve coffee to sit in guests in to go mugs (paper / plastic) and why we had to point out there option of serving us our drinks in a ceramic mug (which by the way a nice one and fit to their whole interior / style).

At least they are willing to prepare your coffee in your own coffee to go cup if you bring it. :)

I was there today, and while I was ordering, someone robbed my backpack. I had computers and my passport inside. Even if they had security cameras inside and outside the coffee shop, they never let me have access to it and everyone kept acting really casual, no one seems bother that a client actually got robbed inside their establishment. Terrible and outrageous behaviour, run from it. Really not worth the fancy look they are trying...
